The following prices reflect wedding services only. Please contact us for a personal quote regarding Corporate Events or other Social Events!

Les Bases (Set Up Service)

  • Set up assistance for reception only
  • (1) Assistant will be provided for guest count up to 200
  • Up to 4 hours of assistance (service to conclude once reception site is set up)

**This package does not include event management or vendor coordination**

Le Bisou (Day Of Services)

  • Unlimited phone and email communication one month prior to the event
  • Up to 8 hours of services provided on the big day
  • (1) Assistant will be provided for up to 150 guests
  • (1) 1 hour in person meeting prior to the big day
  • Minor Timeline to be distributed to DJ/Photographer/Videographer within one week before wedding date
  • Set up of ceremony location (If Ceremony is at a different location than Reception, there will be a fee of $100 added for additional time and set up charges)
  • Set up of reception location
  • Coordination between vendors arriving and payments (if necessary)
  • Coordination between DJ/Emcee to assist in cake cutting/Father Daughter Dance/ Mother Son dance/ Etc..
  • Tear down for as much as possible before end of ceremony
  • If time is allotted, I will ensure that your presents, centerpieces, and anything that needs to be returned is given to the appropriate person
  • If time is allotted, I will help with breakdown of ceremony and reception location as well
  • Up to 2 (1) hour in person meetings prior to wedding day
  • In depth timeline constructed to distribute to all appropriate personnel
  • Contract review and assistance for all vendors
  • Rehearsal is included (up to 2 hours) prior to the wedding
  • Tear down of event will be provided (if time is allotted)
  • Items brought to the event will be returned to the appropriate personnel
  • Vendor communication throughout final two months
  • Retrieval of all certificates of insurance if needed

** rehearsal is not included in this package, but can be added on for $100 and will then include ceremony coordination as well**

La Grande Fête (Partial Planning Services)

Everything in the “le bisou” package and also:

  • Unlimited phone and email communication two months prior to the event
  • Up to 10 hours on the day of event
  • (2) assistants will be provided for up to 150 guests
  • Extensive timeline to be distributed to all necessary vendors by one week prior to event
  • Ensuring all personal and decor items are properly removed and provided to the appropriate person as per clients requests
  • Rehearsal is included (up to 2 hours) prior to the wedding
  • Tear down of Event will be provided (if time is allotted)
  • Vendor communication throughout final two months
  • Retrieval of all certificates of insurance if needed

La Soirée (Full Planning Services)

Everything in the “la grande fête” Package and also:

  • Unlimited phone and email communication upon signing contract
  • Up to (12) hours on the day of the event
  • Up to (3) assistants included in package
  • Up to (3) in person meetings prior to wedding day
  • Up to (4) vendor meetings if requested or needed within
  • Review all proposals and terms of final contracts
  • Vendor recommendations to match client budget
  • Detailed budget development and management
  • Event design assistance as needed to match colors, theme, budget, etc.
  • Any rentals will be returned if needed to the appropriate location (i.e. cake stands, floral centerpiece vases, etc)
  • Decoration of “Honeymoon Suite” if hotel is within reasonable distance from venue
  • Room block assistance with hotels
  • Marriage license assistance with information as well as mailing of the marriage license

A fee of $100 will be added per 100 guests after package allowance to accommodate for additional assistance

Travel is limited to orange county area. For any event outside of Orange county, a travel fee will be added to any package. **See SoCal Soiree for details on pricing**
